Senior Tip Of The Week: At Home Yoga Exercises

I’m Tammy and I’m going to show you a few yoga moves that can easily be done from a wheelchair, a chair, or a bed. We’re going to start with a cow pose. Just simply lift your chin, stretch that neck. A cat pose: put your chin into your chest, stretch the spine. Release the head from side to side, and release any tension in your neck. Relax those shoulders. Inhale deep breaths with each move. We’re going to do a side stretch, stretch the hips, and to the other side. And there you go! You can do it!
